Song of the Day: Hooch

Our band was playing a gig last weekend and after finishing one of our songs a guy shouts from the crowd asking that we play Hooch. Responding that we weren’t familiar with that tune, we didn’t realize we had all heard it before. Pretty much everyone has seen the movie Waterboy with Adam Sandler, which this song is featured in. Looking it up during our 15-minute break, we announced to the requester in the crowd that we certainly would learn it and to come check it out next time we were in town. It really gives a fun, laid-back, summer vibe that sounds fun to play. Can’t wait!
