Take Me Home Tonight by Eddie Money. Released in August of 1986 on the album, Can’t Hold Back. The song reached number 4 on the US charts and number 1 on the US Rock charts. I’m kind of surprised it didn’t hit #1 on the US billboard because there definitely wasn’t much good music coming out in 1986. Take Me Home Tonight is a jam and has an all time chorus.
