Song of the Day: Slide

Happy Monday morning everyone! Today’s song of the day is a little different. Everyone has heard this song from the Goo Goo Dolls, but the version I’m bringing you this morning is from former Major League Baseball pitcher Bronson Arroyo. This video just appeared as a suggestion while watching another YouTube video, so of course I clicked on it. I knew that Arroyo made music, and have probably even heard him cover this song at some point, but just had forgotten how good he was. It’s one thing to learn to play the guitar, which he didn’t learn until his early 20s, but another thing to be able to sing as good as he does. And be a major league pitcher as well. Truly impressive.
