Song of the Day: Hook

Hook by the Blues Traveler. Released in 1994 on the band’s album Four, Hook would go on to peak at #23 on the US billboard. I have to say this is an absolutely brilliant song. If you listen to the lyrics, it’s clear that the song is about absolutely nothing, but…….the hook brings you back. A song about nothing, that tells you in the lyrics that it’s about nothing, but yet it still sounds so good, due to the singing and of course the hook. It’s truly genius.
