It’s been a while since Waylon has been featured on Song of the Day, so here you go. This song was released by Jennings in 1979, but I found out that he wasn’t the first one to originally record the song. This song was written by Rodney Crowell and originally performed by Gary Stewart in 1977. Waylon made it a number one hit and you gamers may recognize it from the GTAV Soundtrack.
