Jalen Hurts, Hurt? Gardner Minshew to start vs. Jets
That’s right…America’s favorite back-up Quarterback “may” be starting for the Philadelphia Eagles against the New York Jets in Week 13. Minshew was traded away from the Jacksonville Jaguars after 2 memorable seasons…not winning ones, but exciting. With a 7-13 record, he paced himself with 37 TD’s and 11 INT’s…numbers that Trevor Lawrence has not attained, albeit a different regime is in Duval County. Jalen Hurts hasn’t been great for the 5-7 Eagles…so his absence could mean a loss of the starting job. I always thought Minshew deserved a starting job…because I knew how bad the Jags were…so I am looking forward to him starting on Sunday.
