Song of the Day: Positively 4th Street
Positively 4th Street by the great Bob Dylan. This is probably my favorite Bob Dylan song. There’s just something about it and it’s so fun to sing along to. The song itself, is just a huge middle finger to somebody that ol’ Bobby isn’t too pleased with. Who the song is directed toward has never been revealed but it’s been speculated to be about a handful of different people from ex-girlfriends to groups of people. The most common is that it’s directed toward the Greenwich Village in NYC which is where Dylan once lived and was a huge folk music scene at the time, that ended up turning on Dyaln when he went electric.
