Song of the Day: I'll Be Home For Christmas
I’ll Be Home For Christmas by Elvis Presley. That’s right it’s December 29th but the Christmas songs go strong over here till at least the new year. I was actually shocked this year that the local radio station that plays Christmas music decided to continue to play Christmas tunes through the weekend. A whopping 2 extra days but hey that’s better than nothing. Because nothing is worse than waking up the day after Christmas and hearing normal songs back on the radio. After watching Rick Steve’s European Christmas special, I found out that a lot of Europe continues to celebrate Christmas for 12 days after Christmas day. That’s the kind of stuff we need to normalize over here in the States. Be prepared for at least one more Christmas song of the day, because that’s what you’ll be getting on Thursday.
