Song of the Day: You Can Do Magic

Happy Friday folks! I was feeling pretty folky for today’s song choice and while I was listening to a few numbers…I came across this America (The Band) classic, “You Can Do Magic”. It was released on July 6th 1982 and reached #8 on the Billboard Hot 100. The catchy tune sounded familiar to me because, Sonic used this melody for a commercial a few years back. I’ll post the jingle below for some nostalgia as well. It was for their slogan, “This is How You Sonic”. It also seems treasonous for America to record this song in London…anyway I hope you enjoy this catchy 80’s hit and enjoy your weekend!
