The Chief's Streak

It happened…our first L2. I underestimated the DIII St. Mary’s Seahawks and it came back to bite us. Today, I will be looking at a college basketball matchup between Penn State and Georgetown. Both teams come into the contest at (2-0) and look pretty decent. Penn State is lead by Senior Forward Lamar Stevens who averaged 19.9 PPG last season and Forward Mike Watkins who is a block machine. Neither team has been tested immensely, but I do see one edge here. Georgetown has the superior rebounding advantage, as they have a 7’0”" Center named Omer Yurtseven who averages 13.5 RPG. The Senior from Turkey can also shoot free throws at a high rate as well, as he is above 80% at the moment. Patrick Ewing will have his Hoyas ready to play in front of the home crowd and I look for Georgetown to squeak one out. The spread for this game has Georgetown favored at (-1). Good luck!
